LOUNA PARK ERGA (Athens) and the Initiative LUNA PARK (Berlin) have been running exchange programs for young artists (18-30 years) and professionals since 2016 in their jointly developed formats "How to dance in times of crisis?" and “Teaching Performance”. Due to the short duration of these formats, which is mainly funded by the German-Greek Youth Office, it has not yet been possible to prepare structurally for the expansion of these exchange programs with partners from other countries.
With their 2-year small-scale partnership ERASMUS+ project "Stronger Together", the partners were able to identify the deficits of their organizations, establish joint training measures and optimize their exchange programs in contemporary performing arts. By setting up joint digital work platforms, the learning content of the know-how carriers, which had previously been conveyed orally, could be compiled in writing and made accessible.
"Stronger Together" enabled both organizations to deal with the quality standards and guidelines of European youth work in order to build a common, solid foundation for the future implementation of transnational projects.
